1.1 General description
Passivated, sensitive gate thyristor in a SOT223 plastic package.
1.2 Features
s Designed to be interfaced directly to microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits and other low power gate trigger circuits.
1.3 Applications
s For use in Residual Current Devices (RCD), Ground Fault Interrupters (GFI) and Leakage Current Circuit Breakers (LCCB) applications where a minimum IGT limit is needed.
1.4 Quick reference data
